How it works

  1. Browse vetted teachers across St. Pete and Tampa — each profile lists their styles (vinyasa, yin, restorative, power, prenatal, breathwork), their own price, and their availability.
  2. Book with a ~50% deposit. It's refunded in full if the teacher can't take the session; the balance is only due once you're confirmed. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before.
  3. They come to you. Mats and props included. First session starts with five minutes on your goals and your body — then it's built around exactly that.

Teachers on Wavely set their own rates, and most private sessions in St. Pete and Tampa list between $75 and $95 per hour — the same range you'd pay booking a good independent teacher directly, except vetting, secure payment, scheduling, and calendar invites are handled. The price you see is the total price: no service fees, no booking fees, no tip pressure (tips are welcome but never expected). Every teacher completes certification review (RYT), ID verification, and a background check through our screening partner before appearing in search.

Do any teachers offer virtual sessions?

Some do — profiles note it. But the entire point of Wavely is that the Gulf is right there; we'd gently push you toward the beach at least once.
