Do employees need mats or yoga clothes?

For mat classes, we bring the mats. For chair/desk yoga nobody changes clothes at all — it's designed for regular workwear, no sweating, no floor time.

How much space do we need?

Roughly one cleared parking-space of floor per 4–5 people for mat classes; a chair session just needs the chairs people are already sitting in. Conference rooms, lobbies, gyms, lawns, and rooftops all work.

Are the teachers certified and background-checked?

Every Wavely teacher passes certification review (RYT), ID verification, and a background check before they can teach. Need documentation for your facilities or HR team? Ask — that's a normal request and we're used to it.

Can we set up a recurring weekly class?

Yes — recurring office sessions are the best-value format and the one employees actually build habits around. Same teacher, same slot, series pricing.

Do you do wellness days, benefit fairs, and retreats?

How do payment and invoicing work?
